Senior Strata Community Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Strata Community Manager to join our team at All Strata Management Services in Mount Lawley, WA.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residential and commercial strata properties, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations and long-term planning for these communities.
Duties
* Respond to all calls and emails related to your portfolio in a timely manner.
* Approve invoices for payment.
* Organize and attend General Meetings, take minutes, and issue notifications.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to strata owners on various strata-related matters.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant strata, property, and other applicable legislation.
* Implement long-term strategic plans for the growth and improvement of strata communities.
Support Team
* Insurance renewals, quotes, and claims processing.
* Preparation of meeting notices.
* Creation of memorandums and flyers.
* Preparation of financials and budgets.
Requirements
* At least 6 years of experience in strata community management, preferably within a large or complex portfolio.
* Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
* Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a solutions-focused approach.
* Completion of the A100 SCA Training and either current or working towards completion of the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management.
