Drive Transformation and Innovation as a Senior Marketing Strategist
* Advise executive leadership on long-term strategy through deep consumer understanding and market foresight
* Develop a centralized insights function that supports corporate strategy, marketing, product development, innovation, customer experience and digital transformation
* Use advanced analytics, behavioral science and AI to anticipate consumer behavior and market shifts
* Amplify the voice of the customer to drive strategy, design and delivery, increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
* Translate macro trends, economic forecasts, competitive dynamics and consumer signals into actionable business opportunities
* Manage reputation, communication, PR and brand approval across all business units
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, brand marketing or innovation roles in consumer-facing industries
* Knowledge of property development or construction industry
* Market Insight research and analysis expertise
* Strong skills in consumer research, behavioral science and data-driven marketing
* Proven track record in launching and scaling brands, driving differentiated customer experiences and creating cultures of innovation
