Key responsibilities: Lead best-practice guidance across Microsoft 365: Dynamics 365 (CRM), Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint. Engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver advisory services with mock-ups and proof-of-concepts. Analyse processes, identify automation opportunities, and leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. Design, implement, and test new features; produce high-level documentation. Contribute to governance frameworks and maintain roadmap alignment with Microsoft 365 capabilities. Manage risks and ensure secure, reliable services. Support and optimise the Digital Workplace ecosystem through continuous improvement. About you IT qualifications or equivalent certifications and experience. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 technologies: Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate), Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, AI Builder. Skilled in advising, designing, and implementing practical solutions with automation focus. Ability to configure and build custom Dynamic 365 solutions (plug-ins, JavaScript) and explore AI innovations. Knowledge of Azure ecosystem, DevOps pipelines, Agile delivery, and governance. Advanced skills in end-to-end solution delivery and stakeholder engagement. Collaborative, client-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
