The role of a Chef de Partie is to manage specific kitchen sections, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, cooking and presentation.


Responsibilities

* Manage food preparation and service to ensure consistency and quality.
* Work across all kitchen sections as needed.
* Follow recipes and plating guidelines to maintain food presentation standards.
* Assist in menu planning and special dishes.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

We are seeking a motivated chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail and plating standards.


Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef.
* Strong understanding of modern cuisine.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* A team player with a positive attitude.
