Responsibilities
* Manage food preparation and service to ensure consistency and quality.
* Work across all kitchen sections as needed.
* Follow recipes and plating guidelines to maintain food presentation standards.
* Assist in menu planning and special dishes.

* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
