Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver high-quality à la carte dinner and room service dishes
* Work closely with senior chefs to prioritize daily kitchen operations
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment at all times
* Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective food preparation
* Support training and development of junior kitchen staff
* Step up to lead the section when required
* Follow all standard operating procedures and WH&S guidelines
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture
* Assist the conference & catering team with events as needed
What You'll Bring
* Strong Demi Chef experience with confidence in a fast-paced kitchen
* Solid culinary skills across preparation and presentation
* Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen operations
* Ability to work predominantly evening shifts (2pm–10pm)
* Flexible and reliable, with a proactive, team-first attitude
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
