Connecting individuals with opportunitiesRAWR Support Services is seeking a dynamic Service & Quality Assurance Manager to lead our operations and ensure compliance with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
This is a pivotal leadership role based in our Toowoomba office, combining service delivery oversight with quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement responsibilities.About the RoleAs the Service Delivery & Quality Assurance Manager, you will: Lead and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery across Support Coordination, and participant intake, assessment, planning and review.Oversee compliance with NDIS legislation, Standards, and Quality Indicators.Develop, implement, and monitor audit schedules, policies, and frameworks (risk, incident, complaints, emergency, continuous improvement).
Facilitate internal and external audits, including NDIS reaccreditation and registration renewal.Maintain strong relationships with participants, families, carers, suppliers, and government stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and always ensure service integrity.Some travel between RAWR Support Services sites in the Toowoomba, Warwick and Stanthorpe region.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum Diploma in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration, Leadership & Management, Auditing, or equivalent.Minimum 3 years' experience in NDIS, disability, community services, compliance, quality assurance, or management.Proven experience managing teams and service delivery operations.Sound knowledge of the NDIS Framework, Support Coordination, Quality Standards, and Safeguards Framework.Current First Aid + CPR Certificate, Blue Card, and NDIS Worker Screen Check.Must be at least 18 years of age with the right to work in Australia.Lead the organisation to achieve = 3 non-conformances in external NDIS audits.Ensure timely reporting of incidents to the NDIS Commission (serious incidents within 24 hours, restrictive practices within 5 days).
Guarantee intake and referrals are actioned within 2 business days.Ensure participant documentation is archived monthly in line with policy.Respond to complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.Drive continuous improvement across service delivery and compliance frameworks.RAWR Support Services is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and talented workforce.
