What you'll be doing
This is a front-line, relationship-led role with real responsibility:
* Owning long-term client relationships with farming families and regional enterprises
* Structuring complex agribusiness and commercial lending solutions
* Working closely with accountants, solicitors, bankers, and advisors
* Handling large-scale refinancing, restructures, and growth funding
* Supporting succession and intergenerational transition conversations
* Staying involved post-settlement through ongoing strategic discussions
* Spending time in market — not just on the phone
Deal sizes are meaningful. Complexity is normal. Trust is earned over time.
