About the Role
As an E-commerce Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital and multimedia content that enhances our online and offline brand presence.
* Designing digital and multimedia assets for e-commerce platforms, including interactive visuals, photography, animations, motion graphics, banners, and social media content.
* Optimising content for web, mobile and platform-specific requirements.
* Creating marketing materials such as logos, videos, short-form video content, presentation decks, and animated promotional materials to support online campaigns.
* Producing product packaging, labels, and promotional artwork, ensuring consistency with the overall digital brand identity.
* Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to maintain cohesive visual branding across all digital and print channels.
* Preparing digital and print-ready multimedia artwork and liaising with external vendors when required.
* Applying up-to-date knowledge of design trends, multimedia production techniques, video editing, and animation tools to enhance marketing campaigns.
* Managing multiple multimedia design projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality content within tight deadlines.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in graphic or multimedia design.
* Tertiary qualification in Multimedia or Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in packaging design and preparing print-ready files.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
* Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail and layout accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* Must have valid Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this role.
