**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the team in achieving sales targets
- Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
- Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
- Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training
- Always ensure the highest level of customer service
**Skills and Experience**:
- Experience working within retail sales
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills
- Organised and time efficient
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Full time availability including weekends
- Full availability across peak season including weekends and public holidays
- Passion for watches or previous watch experience highly desirable but not essential
