We are recruiting for a Local Manager for the South East Monaro Local Team located at Cooma and also a Local Manager for the Far South Coast Local Team located at Bega.
The Local Manager leads, plans and coordinates the delivery of programs and advisory services at the local level to deliver LLS strategic objectives and the Local Strategic Plan. This role presents a unique opportunity to improve service delivery which positively impacts farmers and land managers experiencing challenging times through the provision of strong management and motivation of staff. The ability to act without supervision and make decisions on operations, resourcing and workflow of the team along with the capacity to achieve agreed business outcomes is essential to success.
