The Customs Broker will be responsible for managing and facilitating the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling all customs clearance documentation. The role also includes providing excellent customer service by communicating with clients, resolving any issues related to customs clearance, and continuously liaising with relevant authorities and agencies.
