**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity in our Gepps Cross store to join our team as we deliver building and home improvement needs and expert advice to our customers, by providing the ultimate customer experience
In this role you will build strong relationships to assist our valued customers and Trade members with your specialist product knowledge and expert advice. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting customers to find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Serving customers at our Trade counter and pick up areas
- Order entry and preparing quotations
- Visual merchandising and general housekeeping activities
- Assisting with stock processing and stocktakes
**About You**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience in the building and/or construction industry is preferred
- Estimating and design skills will be highly regarded
- Highly organised with the ability to work in fast paced environment
- Eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet customer's needs
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop your career at Stratco
**This is a permanent full-time or part-time opportunity with a requirement to work alternate weekends.**
