In this role, you will provide drafting and design support across our After-Market, DELKOR, and Project Delivery teams, contributing to a range of major projects within the resources and materials handling sector.**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop detailed mechanical and structural designs, drawings, and layouts for equipment and components* Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including BOMs and material take-offs* Support project delivery and ensure designs meet client specifications, contract requirements, and Australian Standards* Assist engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical design solutions* Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and subcontractors to support fabrication and ensure design accuracy* Provide technical support during fabrication and installation, including checking fit-up and compliance with drawings* Update drawings and models as project requirements evolve**About You:*** Strong experience in mechanical drafting and design, preferably within mining, bulk materials handling, or heavy industry* Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modelling tools* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and site teams* Practical understanding of fabrication and installation processes* Work on high-profile projects across Australia* Be part of a global leader in mining and bulk materials handling solutions* Collaborative and supportive team environment* Opportunities for professional growth and developmentWith centuries of expertise, TAKRAF Group leads the way in mining, material handling and minerals processing.
