Kimberley Property Co are looking for a positive, highly organised, and professional Receptionist/ Office Admin. You will be the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and visitors, providing essential front-of-house support and administrative assistance to head of Operations - Sales and Property Management. Responsibilities
* Front Desk Management: Greet clients, manage incoming calls, and handle inquiries promptly.
* Administrative Support: Prepare marketing materials; manage office organisation and systems.
* Property Management Support: Assist with tenant applications, leasing enquiries, and key day-to-day management.
* Diary & Scheduling: Book inspections, property appraisals, and manage company calendars.
* Office Presentation: Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming reception and office area.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* High-level organisation and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - use of Mac systems a bonus
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, not essential.
* A "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn.
