About the role
As an Assets and Property Officer, you will provide administrative, information, and finance‐related support to the Assets and Emergency Management Branch. Some of your key duties will include:
* Assist with the development and management of maintenance and minor works programs.
* Undertake property inspections and coordinate building contractors.
* Arrange the submission and evaluation of quotations.
* Participate in and support the Department's building emergency management practices, committees, and organisations.
Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).
