What You'll Do :
Service, install, and repair a range of automotive workshop equipment.
Complete detailed reports on installations, servicing, relocations, and warranty repairs.
Provide technical support for warranty issues and product management.
Assist sales with equipment demos and remote hoist assessments.
Train and support clients in product use, installation, and maintenance.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Help subcontractors diagnose and resolve technical faults.
Ensure all work meets safety standards.
Travel occasionally as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Experience in automotive, hoist or vehicle servicing.
Familiarity with SimPro or similar workflow software.
Strong technical skills, fault-finding, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional phone manner and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Valid driver's license.
