What role will you play?
As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our transformation project. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document requirements, map current and future state business processes, and collaborate on solutions that align with project objectives. Your work will include conducting solution walkthroughs, facilitating discussions, and supporting stakeholders during testing phases, ensuring the delivery of an integrated and user-focused solution. Your role will also involve attending meetings outside regular working hours to accommodate US and European time zones.
What you offer
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with a proven ability to analyse and document business processes effectively.
* Experience in the asset finance or financial services sector, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
* Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate alignment across teams.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and scheduling skills, enabling you to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Experience with leasing software or Oracle e-Business Suite would be highly advantageous.
