* Lead Family Dispute Resolution Services Across North Queensland
Centacare North Queensland is seeking a full-time Manager Family Relationship Centre (FRC), based in Townsville QLD, with regional travel and occasional overnight stays as required. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this is a senior and specialist leadership role managing Centacare's integrated family law programs, including the Family Relationship Centre (FRC), Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), Regional Family Dispute Resolution (RFDR), and the Family Law Pathways Network (FLPN).
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee delivery of FRC, FDR, RFDR, and FLPN programs
* Lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team
* Deliver FDR services where accredited
* Ensure compliance with AG's Department standards and reporting
* Build partnerships across community and sector networks
About You
While accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates who are currently undertaking the qualification or are willing to obtain it.
In addition, the following will be highly regarded:
* Tertiary qualifications in counselling, social work, psychology, law, or family dispute resolution
* Experience in family law or dispute resolution services
* Strong communication, resilience, and emotional intelligence
Please Note: You must hold (or be eligible to obtain) an open driver's licence, a Working with Children Blue Card, and a Disability Services Clearance.
