About the Role
Are you passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer service? Scenic Motors is seeking dynamic and motivated Vehicle Sales Consultants and Trainee Sales Consultants to join our team in Beaudesert.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the entire sales journey — from initial enquiry, to test drives, to vehicle delivery and ongoing support. Trainees will receive full training in the road‑to‑a‑sale process and assistance with obtaining their sales licence.

What You'll Be Doing
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable vehicle options
* Presenting and demonstrating vehicles, explaining key features and benefits
* Negotiating sales, preparing paperwork, and processing transactions
* Delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish
* Providing exceptional after‑sales service and building long‑term customer relationships
* Maintaining accurate records and completing required reporting
* Contributing to team success by achieving individual and dealership sales targets
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
* A proactive, results‑driven approach and the ability to work independently or within a team
* Familiarity with the automotive sales environment is desirable
* Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and customer‑handling skills
* A clean driving record and the ability to obtain a motor vehicle salesperson's licence
* Prior sales or customer service experience is highly valued, but not essential
* Trainees must have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to going above and beyond
