About the Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant and Sleep Apnoea Consultant you'll be part of a dedicated team providing exceptional customer service and specialist care. You'll assist customers with prescriptions, health advice and sleep apnoea support, helping them achieve better health outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to all customers.
* Assisting patients with sleep apnoea consultations, including CPAP equipment and support.
* Operating point‑of‑sale systems and managing cash handling.
* Keeping the store clean, organized and welcoming.
* Supporting promotions, merchandising and in‑store sales initiatives.
About You
You're customer-focused, reliable and passionate about health and wellbeing.
You'll bring:
* A friendly and engaging personality with a focus on great customer service.
* Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A professional presentation and positive attitude.
Bonus if you have:
* A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy.
* Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
* Interest or prior experience in sleep apnoea services or medical equipment.
