A rare opportunity to join a globally recognised premium food organisation at a pivotal stage of its Australian growth journey.
Reporting to regional leadership, this newly created Head of Sales & Marketing position will lead the ANZ commercial agenda across the Retail grocery channel, combining strategic leadership with hands‐on execution.
This is considerably more than a traditional sales leadership role.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for customer strategy, route‐to‐market effectiveness, portfolio development, brand activation, market growth and future capability building across Australia and New Zealand.
Key areas of focus include:
* Distributor management and optimisation.
* Sales strategy and commercial execution.
* Brand activation and market development.
* Portfolio expansion and product launches.
* Trade marketing and category growth.
* Strategic planning and business performance.
We are seeking a commercially astute FMCG leader with strong Grocery experience, defined premium fresh food exposure and a track record of delivering growth through both customer engagement and market development initiatives.
Experience across premium food, dairy, chilled, consumer goods or adjacent categories will be highly regarded.
The ideal candidate is likely to bring experience as a:
* Head of Sales.
* Head of Sales & Marketing.
This is an opportunity to build rather than maintain, influence strategy rather than simply execute it, and help shape the future direction of a growing international business within the ANZ market.
Sydney or Melbourne based.
