Niche Logistics is growing, and due to internal progression we're now seeking a
Branch Manager
to guide our Victorian team toward new heights in operational performance, safety, and customer service.
In this role, you'll work closely with our National Operations Manager, using your strong leadership, communication abilities, and commercial acumen to drive results. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, fast-paced transport environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and supporting branch operations in our Altona Branch
Driving daily performance, safety, service
Building a high-performance culture with strong accountability
Ensuring compliance with WHS, CoR, fatigue management and all relevant legislation
Championing continuous improvement across processes, people and safety
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in transport, logistics or supply chain
Strong understanding and experience within the Australian transport industry ideally in Melbourne
Proven track record hitting KPIs, lifting performance and managing costs
Forklift Licence
Confident, commercially minded leader with excellent communication skills
