Originating from the Gold Coast, then expanding to Brisbane and now Melbourne, Topping Industries are made up of three divisions; cleaning, gardening and security.
Currently, we are looking to add staff members to our gardening division, TopScape.
TopScape provide gardening services to residential and commercial properties. Our clients prides themselves on engaging the right people and skills to get the job done to exceptional standards. Our company is also a trusted provider for NDIS, WorkCover and TAC recipients.
The role
We are looking for an experienced gardener to join an established and growing team. The role will involve working alone on jobs as well as part of a team.
Commitment and hard work are a given and this role will suit someone who has the skills as well as takes pride in their work.
You will be responsible for completing jobs in the Moonee Valley region and surrounding suburbs.
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
* General gardening maintenance which includes mowing, pruning, brush cutting, and more
* Operating hand and power tools including whipper snipper, mowers, hedgers, etc.
* Ability to safely operate and use ladders.
* Digging, shovelings, raking & lifting.
* Creating garden beds, outdoors spaces and wheelbarrowing.
Skills and Experience:
To be a successful candidate you will have worked in a similar role and have/be:
* Driver's License
* A vehicle with the ability to tow.
* Experience in soft-scape projects and general gardening
* Physically fit and healthy
* A team player and have the ability to follow instructions
* Honest with a strong work ethic
* High attention to detail and standard of work
* Ability to understand and adhere to WHS requirements
* Commitment to your work and pride in your finished product
* Ability to work autonomously and to strict deadlines
* Willing to start early
