Key Responsibilities
- Assess, repair, replace and fit windscreens on any type of motor vehicle to Australian Standards.
- Complete re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Must have the ability to meet KPIs related to productivity, quality and customer service.
- Capable of working unsupervised and as part of a team efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the fitting process.
About you
- Reliable, positive attitude and team player.
- At least 2 years demonstrated experience fitting and repairing windscreens to Australian standards.
- Current driver's licence and must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles responsibly (Truck licence highly desirable).
- A knowledge of trucks, buses, caravans, and boats would be highly regarded.
- Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and competently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge and technical understanding of windscreens and vehicle models.
