MOBILIZE is seeking a Commercial Manager to join a growing utilities and infrastructure services provider, helping to shape the commercial direction of a fast-expanding division delivering long-term asset maintenance, vegetation management and telecommunications construction projects.
You'll work across multi-year service agreements, supporting tenders, guiding contract reviews and helping set the commercial strategy for the business. This role offers strong support from the wider organisation, with the chance to step into a future leadership position as the commercial function grows.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key contact for commercial and contractual matters.
Prepare tender departures and rights & obligations summaries.
Support commercial strategy, risk management and contract negotiations.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Track commercial performance, identify improvements and support business growth.
Uphold high standards of safety, governance and service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years' experience in commercial, business development, contracts or similar.
3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
Strong negotiation skills and experience handling complex commercial matters.
Background in utilities, construction or resources (advantageous).
Confident communicator with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects.
