About the role As a Support Customer Service Consultant (internally referred to as Support Member Service Consultant ), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be empowered to have meaningful conversations with our members; you will build rapport and trust with members by listening to their needs, finding solutions to their problems, and aligning them to the right products. You will work with our members to encourage them to embrace technology and support them in an increasingly digital future. We have a flexible part-time opportunity available, supporting the Murray Bridge and Mount Barker branches. This role offers 15-32 hours per week, on a rotating roster. To support your work life balance, rosters are provided for a 4-week period, and released 1 week in advance. We are dedicated to supporting our members and the community across our Monday to Friday trading, as a result, we are looking for candidates who have fully flexibility and availability across the working week.
