About The Role
The Marketing Campaign Manager at CTM is responsible for developing and delivering strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns that support CTM’s global growth objectives by increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing customer lifetime value across CTM’s core markets (North America, UK/Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and Asia). This newly created role reports to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and plays a key part in achieving CTM’s ambitious 5-year growth plans.
The role involves close collaboration with CTM’s global marketing, product marketing, sales teams, and regional stakeholders. You will leverage local market and competitor insights to identify opportunities, design, and execute campaigns, and continually optimize multi-channel marketing efforts.
This is a hands-on marketing position requiring expertise in campaign development strategies, channel management, data analysis, marketing attribution, audience segmentation, and content management. Experience with enterprise marketing automation, CRMs, and digital advertising platforms is essential for designing and executing complex B2B campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and optimize CTM’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement campaigns globally.
Plan and execute end-to-end multi-channel B2B campaigns, including search, display, social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta), email, earned and paid media, and employee advocacy.
Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to design, build, and deploy campaign assets across digital, communication, and creative channels.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact across the sales funnel.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Implement testing methodologies like A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and measure campaign effectiveness.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets across regions and channels to maximize ROI, and oversee the global campaign calendar.
Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI metrics, supporting quarterly and annual reviews.
Skills and Experience
At least 4+ years in strategic B2B marketing campaign management with a proven track record of driving growth in brand awareness and lead generation.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo), Google Ads, Google Display Network, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of campaign attribution models, sales and marketing funnels, and data integration within MarTech stacks.
Highly organized and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills with adaptability to fast-changing environments and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive, energetic approach to building and learning within a team.
