Our ICT and Managed Services organization seeks a skilled IT Support Technician to enhance its operations. This role involves providing remote and on-site support, maintaining service tickets, configuring and deploying IT equipment, administering Cloud services, and collaborating with projects.
Main Responsibilities
* Offer IT assistance to managed services clients in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and response times
* Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation in accordance with company guidelines
* Configure, deploy, and provide IT equipment support onsite and remotely
* Manage Cloud services, including additions, modifications, and deletions of existing IT environments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in an analogous position supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT networks and Cloud services
* Proficiency in fault analysis and troubleshooting techniques
* Exceptional customer service, verbal communication, and written correspondence skills
