Position Purpose
Senior Account Manager responsible for driving client revenue, retention, and long‐term value within the China client segment. Own full client lifecycle, including conversion of high‐value leads, retention, upselling, referral generation, and reactivation of dormant accounts. Manage a portfolio of mid‐to‐high‐value clients as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored solutions and driving commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Convert high‐quality, high‐value leads into traded accounts.
* Apply consultative sales techniques to optimise conversion.
* Provide tailored solutions aligned with client profile and trading needs.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of active, high‐value clients.
* Maintain structured, proactive engagement (calls, meetings, targeted follow‐ups).
* Monitor client behaviour and proactively address churn risks.
* Identify opportunities to increase deposits, trading activity, and product adoption.
* Deliver tailored recommendations to maximise client lifetime value.
* Drive revenue growth across assigned portfolio.
* Actively drive referral generation through strong client relationships.
* Convert referrals into high‐quality new clients.
* Re‐engage dormant or inactive clients through targeted outreach.
* Identify root causes of inactivity and implement recovery strategies.
* Focus on reactivating high‐value or high‐potential accounts.
* Provide market insights, commentary, and trading‐related guidance.
* Collaborate with Marketing on webinars, campaigns, and client education initiatives.
* Conduct periodic client reviews and relationship‐deepening activities.
* Maintain high standards of CRM discipline and client data management.
* Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements.
* Support junior team members through guidance and informal coaching.
Qualifications
* 3–7+ years' experience in FX/CFD, financial markets, or client relationship management.
* Proven track record in revenue generation, retention, and client growth.
* Strong understanding of leveraged products and trading behaviors.
* Advanced consultative selling and relationship‐building skills.
* Highly commercial, results‐driven, and client‐focused.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
