Marketing Executive
to support a dynamic portfolio of retail centres. With over 29 years' experience in property investment and funds management, the client is known for delivering strong performance, innovative solutions and meaningful community impact.
The Role
The Marketing Executive will help deliver engaging campaigns, drive social media content, support tenant customers, activate centre events and contribute to strategic planning. Working across multiple centres, this role plays a key part in boosting foot traffic, sales and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and schedule social and digital content
Support centre campaigns from concept to delivery
Create marketing collateral, copy and tenant support materials
Manage budgets, POs, invoices and campaign reporting
Analyse traffic, turnover and campaign performance
Build strong tenant relationships to improve satisfaction and retention
Assist with annual business plans and marketing strategies
Support community partnerships and customer engagement initiatives
The Candidate
3+ years' marketing experience
Strong understanding of branding, digital and campaign execution
Confident with social media management (Meta, IG, Google Ads)
Skilled in CMS, eDMs, Canva and Google Analytics
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Strong communicator and relationship-builder
