Business Growth Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to foster and maintain relationships with employers within the Workforce Australia program. This entails identifying and connecting job seekers with potential employers, thereby facilitating sustainable employment opportunities.
This position focuses on the South Burnett Region in Queensland and can be based at any of our locations: Kingaroy, Nanango, or Murgon.
Main Responsibilities:
* Become an ambassador for out-of-office relations, building strong connections with employers and promoting job seekers to potential hiring parties.
* Develop and sustain robust networks with employers and community groups to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
* Collaborate with Employment Consultants to find suitable employment opportunities for participants.
* Negotiate with employers to guarantee successful job placements that meet the needs of both parties.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to database input requirements.
