We areseeking a Senior Architect or experienced Architect to join a Melbourne studio and play a key role in delivering a range of retail projects across Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone with mid-level project running experience in retail architecture who is confident managing projects and enjoys being hands‐on. Registration is not required, but strong experience across project stages is essential. Some mixed use and Residential projects will also be involved.
You'll work closely with our Retail sector lead, supporting project delivery and helping drive projects from concept through to completion. With several projects already secured and more in development, this role offers immediate involvement in active work.
This role is expected to develop into a key support position to the Lead, offering strong growth and leadership opportunities over time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Running retail architecture projects from concept through documentation and delivery
* Working hands‐on in Revit across design and documentation stages
* Liaising with consultants, clients, and contractors
* Undertaking site visits and site coordination, including regional Victoria projects
* Contributing to concept design for new retail stores
* Supporting the delivery of projects already won, ensuring smooth project execution
About You
We're looking for a self‐starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects and contributing to a collaborative studio environment.
* 5+ years' experience in architectural practice
* Retail project experience with mid-level project running responsibility (Other sector experience will be considered)
* Strong Revit skills and documentation capability
* Experience coordinating consultants and project teams
* Confidence managing project delivery and site coordination
* A proactive, team‐oriented mindset with the ambition to grow within the practice
