As the Sales Team Co-Ordinator/PA you will report directly to the Director/Principal

This Role is by far the most the rewarding and certainly a very important support role to a Director/ principal.
Your day to day will involve:
Personal Assistant to a very active and experienced Director/Principal
* Providing assistance to the sales team.
* Responsible for sales & sales support functions,
* Organising property inspections and marketing material
* Ensuring Property Sales Board & Stock Sheets are always up to date.
* Manage & other website portal listings.
* Understanding the listing/sales procedure, compiling property marketing kits & managing the property listing/sales process
* Assisting with general administration tasks for the sales team
* Data entry, database management & maintenance of all sales related data into internal systems.
* Representing the business on social media
