Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily administration tasks and projects effectively
* Coordinate admission processes for residents, ensuring seamless transitions
* Assist with recruitment, orientation, and HR-related activities
* Maintain accurate employee data within relevant systems
Requirements
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in healthcare or aged care
* Previous rostering/scheduling experience highly desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Complete a police check (or willingness to obtain)
* 2025 Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of Covid-19 immunisation
