Health Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team in Campbell Town, Tasmania. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist residents with daily activities.
Duties:
* Providing nursing care to patients in emergency and aged care services
* Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
* Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
