Engineering Program Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for overall execution of systems design, engineering, implementation, commissioning and documentation of a project.
* Review project documentation for impacts on scope and schedule, coordinating responses with the project manager.
* Define the engineering work schedule with the project manager and drive the team to deliver on time.
* Direct day‐to‐day engineering and technical activities.
* Manage QA procedures to ensure defect‐free hardware and software for field delivery.
* Manage resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring high‐utilisation support where needed.
Key Experience & Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent industry experience.
* Strong engineering skills in building controls, automation, specifically BMS or HVAC preferred.
* At least 5 years' leadership/supervisory and 7 years' relevant projects experience, with strong on‐site knowledge, design understanding, and coordination capability.
* Experienced and good understanding of BMS and/or HVAC full‐cycle project fundamentals and execution.
* Ability to lead, coach a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment.
* Proven track record in building strong relationships with clients and customer engagement.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner.
* Self‐motivated, able to meet deadlines and determine own work priorities.
* Can demonstrate financial and commercial acumen.
