About the Role
Ready to design experiences that truly matter? We have a fantastic opportunity as Senior UX/UI Designer reporting to our Head of Design...empowering you to shape experiences and develop your design craft. At Zurich, you'll create exceptional digital experiences for customers, partners, advisers, brokers, and internal teams using a human‐centred, data‐driven approach. You'll work in multidisciplinary teams, champion the voice of the customer, and turn insights into meaningful outcomes. As part of our CX chapter, you'll collaborate with talented UX, Product, and CX designers, shape best practice, and lift our design capability. You'll also connect with our regional and global CX communities, expanding your influence beyond Australia.
Responsibilities
* Create and iterate on digital products across web, app, and information architecture.
* Lead the full design process from research and wireframe to high‐fidelity prototypes.
* Champion the customer voice and translate insights into design solutions.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver on business goals.
* Run A/B tests and experimentation to validate and optimise designs.
* Represent Zurich's design standards across multiple brands.
Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in UX/Digital Product Design.
* Strong UX/UI capability across web, app, information architecture, and end‐to‐end website redesigns.
* Proficiency in IA, wireframing, and low‐fi to high‐fi prototyping.
* Customer‐led mindset with solid research and insight‐to‐action capability.
* Experience running A/B tests and experimentation.
* Exposure to working across multiple brands.
* Comfortable across the full design process in fast‐paced Agile teams.
* Clear communicator able to engage stakeholders with flows, sketches & prototypes.
* Data‐driven approach to measuring design impact.
* Creative problem‐solver with curiosity for emerging tech and AI.
* Insurance or retail experience is highly desirable.
