As an instrumental player, you'll be pivotal in shaping and advancing our design standards. Your role involves crafting innovative and user-friendly UX/UI solutions that address complex challenges while aligning with our vision and organizational goals (OKRs). You will lead user-centered design activities, push the boundaries of conventional thinking, and develop new methodologies to navigate intricate design issues. Additionally, you will design and facilitate workshops that foster ideation and iteration, whether working with small teams or large groups, remotely or in-person.In this collaborative environment, you'll work alongside Business Analysts, Engineers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Designers to tackle problems and strategically prioritize design activities and research. You will champion our customers by translating research findings into compelling narratives and sharing them through detailed reports and persuasive presentations. What you offer 5+ years of experience as a UX and UI Designer or Product Designer, including conducting UX researchExperience shipping multiple digital products and creating exceptional customer experiencesAn impressive portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI for mobile, desktop, and web applicationsEnd-to-end management of design activities across the user-centered design process, including research, iterative design, prototyping, and usability testing facilitationProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to produce high-quality artifacts like personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypesComfort working in an Agile environment with resilience to shifting prioritiesCuriosity about how people use technology and how to create great experiencesExcellent communication and presentation skillsProfessionalism and ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, embracing group critiqueFormal education in Design, Research, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldWe welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
