About the Role
We are seeking a motivated administrator to provide support for our Continuing Education team as part of our Quality and Clinical Innovation Division. This is a part-time position with ongoing employment, while work-from-home or hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at our headquarters in line with our working model.
* Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Continuing Education team, including coordinating information, collating presentations, and documentation, and preparing communications and reports as requested.
* Maintain an effective and efficient filing system in consultation with Central Records to ensure all information is centrally recorded, stored confidentially, and readily accessible.
* Act as the initial point of contact for Continuing Education by answering calls and emails, answering routine enquiries, and processing messages for follow-up/action/referral.
* Create and produce documents and reports using a wide range of software applications.
