Position description:
* Contribute to the development and review of historically accurate content for leadership and public audiences.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities with fixed deadlines.
* Produce high-quality, accurate written materials under time constraints.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve historical content offerings and digital platforms.
* Provide expert advice to your section, senior leadership, and broader teams.
* Ensure all projects comply with financial and administrative policies, including procurement processes.
* Mentor and support staff development to build team capability.
* Oversee and contribute to the preparation of content, advice, briefings, papers, submissions, and official correspondence.
Key Capabilities :
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make sound judgments, and resolve complex issues effectively.
* Capable of aligning with strategic goals by working autonomously or within a team, and offering well-informed guidance to supervisors.
* Skilled in producing accurate, high-standard content and deliverable within strict time frames, adhering to organisational standards.
* Experienced in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
* Able to foster strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders across and outside the organisation.
* Committed to maintaining professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
* Confident communicator, able to represent the team in formal and informal settings.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
* Baseline Clearance.
* Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
