The End Point Engineer Technology Team Lead plays a critical role within our Corporate IT department. This position encompasses leading transformation, continuous improvement and advanced 3rd level support and system administration. This role includes designing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and ensuring security compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead the creation of a stable and high performing SOE, troubleshoot and solve fleet-wide performance issues and establish an escalation path for Service Desk and End User Support. This includes SOE design, application packaging, scripting, and managing deployment using tools such as SCCM/MECM and, in future, Intune.
Support end-point technology transformations and provide customer-focused solutions.

Your Role
We are seeking a strong people lead that can manage customer expectations supported with strong endpoint technical skills with the ability to provide endpoint technical solutions.
Working from our Rydalmere office, on Dharug land, your role purpose will be:
Ability to lead endpoint technology transformations and solutions with a customer-focused approach.
Highly skilled in complex Windows 10/11 setup, environments and support across thousands of hardware devices.
In-depth Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune packaging, and Azure tools.
Experience with cybersecurity governance such as Essential 8 or ISM.
Experience with patching governance and managing group policy.
Strong scripting knowledge and the ability to automate various tasks.
Great at solving problems and fixing technical issues efficiently.
Able to manage projects, stay organised, and communicate clearly.
Your Experience
Understands DevOps and lean ways of working to keep systems running smoothly.
Good at mentoring and supporting teammates.
IT qualifications, and ITIL or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded
Comfortable working across different systems and platforms.
Monitoring DEM tools such as Riverbed Aternity or Nexthink, and MacOS experience is highly desirable.
