Real Estate Sales Specialist
Domain is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Specialist. As an Account Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our property developer clients across NSW.
You will consultatively sell our solutions to drive revenue growth, deepen customer relationships, increase product adoption, and build brand loyalty. Your goal will be to cement Domain as an embedded solution and valuable business partner in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B consultative selling and account management. You will need to be comfortable with longer sales cycles and able to negotiate win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to meet or exceed your sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Solution-selling across Domain's portfolio of products and developing campaigns to improve client outcomes.
* Building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow their business through Domain's offerings.
* Managing all aspects of the sales cycle from initial meetings to contract execution and ongoing reporting.
* Presenting Domain insights to key stakeholders and attending customer events and sales meetings.
* Strategizing and implementing business growth initiatives.
* Providing world-class customer service by efficiently resolving client queries and operational/account issues.
* Continually providing feedback on market conditions and expanding your knowledge to become an expert in tech solutions for the Real Estate Developer space.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
* Proven success in B2B consultative selling and account management.
* Experience crafting custom product solutions or bundles that address specific client needs.
* Ability to negotiate and handle objections, driving win-win outcomes and lasting partnerships.
* Curious about data, insights, and all things real estate.
* Confident with public speaking and presenting in person to client sales teams and decision-makers.
* Drive and resilience to meet sales targets.
* Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling and making technical concepts easy to understand.
* Own reliable vehicle and ability to drive and visit clients across the region (car allowance provided).
