We're seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Organisational Improvement Partner. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to our organisational improvement goals.
You'll work closely with our Manager Organisational Performance to plan and deliver projects that enhance our teams' way of working and service delivery.
* Champion Business Excellence principles and drive innovation across all levels.
* Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and embed proactive, accountable ways of working.
* Deliver engaging corporate training and workshops that build capability and spark new thinking.
* Support leaders to turn ideas into measurable outcomes that align with our long-term objectives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Key Qualifications and Skills
* A degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline such as Business, Organisational Development, Public Administration, or lesser formal qualifications with relevant experience in a related field.
* Proven experience in organisational development and improvement, and/or business transformation with the ability to apply and implement contemporary approaches and practices.
* Familiarity with Business Excellence frameworks or other continuous improvement models.
* Strong skills in report writing, facilitation, and training delivery.
* A data-informed mindset—comfortable using data, benchmarking, research and digital tools to enhance business processes, develop measurable outcomes and support decision-making.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to champion our organisations principles and values and help embed these into operational activities.
