The Role
We are actively seeking primary teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.
As a primary teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, set high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
The role would include running our West Morley PS choir, liaising with Instrumental Music School Services and possibly starting a school band.
Ideally, you will exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices.
The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.
As a member of our team, you would leverage high-impact teaching strategies.
An understanding of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilising various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.
