An experienced Payroll Officer is needed to process pay runs and support the Accounts Payable function

**Your new role**
The role of the Payroll Officer, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the full payroll function, payroll administration and the upkeep of payroll data. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payroll. Processing numerous payrolls for many employees you will need to respond to payroll queries within our agreed service levels, along with responsibility for calculating pay increases, back pays and processing leave reconciliations.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer within a fast-paced, busy team. You will need to have excellent relationship-building skills, be motivated, and great technical ability in the Accounts and Payroll function. Additionally, you will have the ability to problem solve, meet tight deadlines, work independently or as part of a team and demonstrated advanced skills in Excel and accounting software.
