FT Annual Salary Range:
$80,751 – $119,786

A current Victorian Institute of Teachers (VIT) registration (or equivalent)
Relevant teaching qualifications

Responsibilities
Use diverse and effective teaching strategies to deliver the curriculum.
Address diverse learner needs in curriculum design by collaborating with support staff.
Integrate technology to enhance learning.
Dedicate time to lesson planning and organisation whilst ensuring the curriculum is relevant for your subjects and year levels per the state and national course requirements.
Assess and provide meaningful feedback on student progress concerning performance, achievements, attitude or behaviour where required and at parent-teacher interviews.
Write academic reports according to guidelines.
Develop and assess learning materials and recommend implementation to subject coordinators.
Support and engage in co-curricular programs as needed.
Manage equipment, materials, and first aid needs according to OHS guidelines.
Exercise duty of care through effective, professional supervision.
Maintain accurate student attendance records.
Maintain professional development.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality.
Attend scheduled subject and staff meetings.
Maintain a manner of life that reflects an adherence to and support for the beliefs, teachings, values, and attitudes of Christianity and the vision and mission statement of the College.
