**Social Media Manager** for our growing marketing team! This role will play a pivotal part in creating, managing and implementing our social media strategies across all online platforms. If you have the passion for all things 4WDing, outdoors and adventure, plus you are an absolute weapon on the socials, then you're the person we're looking for!
Based in our Head Office in Pakenham, VIC, our
**Social Media Manager** will push the boundaries on current trends and lead all social media platforms. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work alongside like-minded creatives in our content team to produce some stellar results. You will have a deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape and the ability to drive social media progression. This role is highly creative which requires thinking outside of the box and bringing new ideas to the team daily.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow all social media channels and bring to life the T.C Boxes' values across all platforms.
- Brainstorm and strategize concepts and ideas with the Marketing team
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. This will involve curating content months ahead of schedule.
- Develop and execute creative content that is line with our marketing strategies and brand.
- Keep up to date with new and emerging industry trends and best practices while also evaluating existing design trends and building on them.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and content ideas
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Social Media Management role
- Have excellent copywriting skills, strong verbal communication and time planning skills.
- Must be well versed in creating for and delivering social, interactive content
- A conceptual thinker that can translate ideas into innovative posts
- Have an excellent attention to detail and a keen eye of creative and visual details and accuracy.
- Be highly organised with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Above all else, have a keen, positive attitude and strive to be the best at what they do and enjoy the company of all those around.
