About the Opportunity
This is a chance to take the reins of a new operation from development through to steady-state production. You'll be responsible for overall site leadership, ensuring full statutory compliance under the WHS (Mines) Regulations while driving a positive safety and performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all site functions and ensure operational excellence
Act as the principal statutory appointment (SSE)
Maintain strong relationships with regulators, the client, and corporate management
Embed high safety, environmental, and community standards
