Our evidence-based methods are professional, caring and have a holistic impact on the lives of those who come to us seeking assistance.**About the Role**The Application Support Worker plays a key role in supporting community members to complete loan applications. This includes assessing and confirming eligibility, assisting with application paperwork, verifying documentation, and referring applicants to appropriate internal program staff or external support services. The role also involves providing, or facilitating access to, additional supports such as Financial Literacy Education.**How You Will Make an Impact*** **Screening and Eligibility:** Assess, determine, and confirm applicant eligibility for microfinance programs through established assessment and verification processes.* **Documentation and Application Support:** Guide community members through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner. Review and verify supporting documents and follow up with applicants where additional information is required.* **Client Support and Referrals:** Assist individuals and families who may be at risk but are not in immediate crisis, focusing on early intervention and preventative support.
