About the Role
* Provide person-centred, evidence-based behaviour support within a holistic, individualised service model
* Work closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to build shared understanding and meaningful outcomes
* Develop and implement strategies that enhance quality of life and reduce behaviours of concern
* Manage a diverse caseload, including complex presentations, with the support of a collaborative team
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside allied health professionals and external stakeholders
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop behaviour support plans
* Design and implement evidence-based interventions, including restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines
* Apply a range of tools and strategies to meet individual needs
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans
* Build relationships with families, caregivers, and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Who We’re Looking For
* A compassionate and skilled practitioner with a passion for person-centred support
* Experience working with complex behaviours and diverse needs
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to ongoing learning and development
* Current NDIS Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) registration (or eligibility to obtain)
